Who is this course suitable for?
Experienced sales professionals who are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key account customers in their organisation. Most delegates attend this course as part of our two-day Advanced Sales Course which includes our Key Account Management Course on the first day, followed by our Sales Negotiation course on the second day. The standard price for attending both days’ courses separately is £730 + VAT but this is reduced to £595 + VAT when both courses are booked together.
We designed our Sales Negotiation Skills course primarily for experienced salespeople. It provides the framework and techniques required to enable structured sales negotiations. The programme focuses on teaching course delegates the core principles of negotiation strategy and tactics to help them close more deals.
We run our Key Account Management training course at a number of locations across the UK, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham and Edinburgh. The course can also be held on-site at your offices or a venue close to you.
We restrict our sales courses to 12 delegates per venue. This allows for maximum individual attention and gives course delegates a better chance of achieving their objectives. The fee includes refreshments throughout the course and a buffet lunch each full day. All delegates will receive comprehensive course manuals for future reference and guidance. In addition, we will issue attendees with a certificate following successful completion of the course.
