Graham Price

Graham is an experienced trainer based at our London office and specialising in all areas of sales training and general management as well as in ‘soft skills’ including behavioural profiling.  He is an accredited or certified trainer in Tracom Social Styles, Myers Briggs (MBTi), Belbin Team Roles and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). 

Richard Claessens

Richard is a highly experienced senior sales professional with an extensive background in sales management and training, gained in the manufacturing and business service sectors.  He specialises in training sales management and sales skills; sales process mapping; key account management; sales negotiation; coaching and mentoring.

Bernadette Callanan

Based in Bristol, Bernadette is an experienced sales coach and management trainer specialising in leadership, team performance and training design, She has a particular focus and passion around designing programmes that tackle the barriers to effective teamwork.

Neil Hames

Neil is a typical member of our team in that as well as passing on key skills and sharing his sales experiences with our delegates, he is still active in sales!  His thoughtful and discussive approach to training has proved both effective and popular with delegates, particularly those attending our Essential Sales Skills course. Neil lives in the West Midlands and he facilitates a number of our most popular courses, throughout the UK.

Rob Carter

Rob is our SEO and digital marketing specialist with a passion for all things web related. He facilitates both virtual and face-to-face training covering subjects such as search engine optimisation, online marketing and web design. His ‘show and tell approach’ in helping in-house staff achieve their digital marketing objectives is always popular with our clients.

Rob Moon

Rob is our specialist telesales and telemarketing advisor.  He has years of experience of coaching and managing telesales staff obtained with large ‘blue chip’ companies as well as SMEs. Rob has contributed to much of our training material and he prides himself on delivering highly practical and interactive sessions for anyone selling on the phone.
