These courses are complemented by two additional training programs: presentation skills and advanced communication skills courses. These workshops are designed to help people improve their public speaking skills and communicate more effectively with large groups of people.
Hilton, Leeds City
Located a few minutes walk from Leeds City Railway Station, the Hilton, Leeds City is situated in the heart of Leeds, a vibrant city offering cultural and leisure facilities to satisfy all tastes. The hotel’s central location gives close access to the M1 and M62 motorways and the Leeds-Bradford Internation Airport is a 25-minute drive.

A room and breakfast package can be booked which includes a large choice of options from continental to full cooked breakfast, with vegetarian options, of course. Typical breakfast options include sausages; bacon; scrambled eggs; a choice of cereals; pastries; croissants; fruit; yoghurts; toast (with a choice of preserves or spreads); fruit juices; teas and coffees. Evening dining options are numerous covering full restaurants to informal dining in the City 3 Bar which offers mix and match light bites and delicious burgers from the lounge menu. Diners preferring the ‘full restaurant experience’ can sample the City 3 Restaurant offering a full range of brasserie-styles menu options in a contemporary and relaxed environment.
We are often able to negotiate a discounted rate for delegates who choose to stay overnight, so please get in touch before booking your room.
We provide free lunch, tea, coffee and snacks to our delegates during the course. Parking is available at extra cost from the hotel.
The bright and airy rooms are available in various configurations up to and including the Deluxe Suites. However, all rooms are equipped with standard WiFi and 32-inch LCD TV with access to a variety of digital channels as well as the in-house ‘move network’ and come with plush bathrobes and slippers to help you relax after a day on the sales training course. A large desk is also provided should you need to catch-up on some work in the evening.
The hotel features twelve well-equipped meeting rooms – perfect for holding our sales training courses. The Business Centre offers printing, copying and fax services. All meeting rooms are climate controlled with air conditioning and all within 2 minutes walk from the south entrance of Leeds Railway Station!

City 3 Restaurant
This contemporary Leeds restaurant has wooden brasserie-style tables and seating and a relaxed ambiance. Locals and guests at Hilton Leeds City can enjoy modern dishes from the Taste Republic menu like the avocado club sandwich and poke bowl, along with favourites like grilled British steaks.
With a variety of classic British and internationally inspired dishes, there are plenty of choices to suit every taste. The starter menu includes “light bites” such as soup, chicken wings, whitebait, and halloumi fries. Main courses include classics such as fish and chips, grilled trout, beef rib, pizza, vegetable chilli, pasta, pies, and burgers, as well as several other vegetarian dishes.
City 3 Bar
After dinner, you can unwind and relax in the City 3 Bar. This modern Leeds bar has low tables and comfy seating in an airy open-plan space. Relax with friends and mix and match dishes from the Lounge menu consisting of light bites and delicious burgers. A variety of hot and cold drinks are served throughout the day, including wine, spirits, beer, speciality coffees and tea. Discuss the day’s sales training activities, catch up with work colleagues or simply kick back after a busy day in Leeds.
If you are travelling to Leeds by car, parking is available at extra cost from the hotel. This is available on a ‘day rate’ for delegates attending the course but not staying in the hotel and a ’24 hour rate’ for those needing to stay in the hotel whilst attending the training course. Location and transport links
Located in the city centre, a 2-minute walk from Leeds Railway Station and within close proximity of the three main shopping centres; Trinity, Victoria Quarter and Victoria Gate. The First Direct Arena is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, also easily reachable by taxi. The hotel is ideally located close to the two motorway links in an out of the city, the M1 andM62. The M1 giving direct access from London and Birmingham and the M62 giving ‘east/west access from Liverpool, Manchester and Hull. Leeds Bradford International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the hotel.

From Leeds Bradford Airport: Head towards Rawdon on the A65, then the M621 towards Leeds city centre. Follow the road, staying in the left-hand lane, and the Hilton Leeds City hotel is situated on the left-hand side.
From Leeds City Train Station (by foot): Leeds City Train Station is approximately a three-minute walk to the hotel. Leave via the new South Entrance located on the south concourse above Platform 16. Bear left after exiting and cross the footbridge onto Little Neville Street. Walk to the end of Little Neville Street, Hilton Leeds City is located on the left-hand side.
From the M62: Exit M62 towards Leeds city centre. Follow the road around staying in the left-hand lane and the Hilton Leeds City hotel is situated on the left-hand side.

Hotel Car Park: The hotel has an onsite car park for 62 vehicles. Please be aware that the car park is multi-storey with tight turns and small spaces. If guidance is required, contact the front desk team on 0113 244 2000. Larger cars and 4×4’s can access but must be parked with considerable care.
Places of interest
Hilton Leeds City is within close proximity of most local popular tourist attractions and shops. Take yourself off for some retail therapy at the three main shopping centres, Trinity, Victoria Quarter and Victoria Gate or watch your favourite artist play at the First Direct Arena. Leeds is great for its nightlife, if you’re looking to have a few drinks, there is a variety of bars throughout the town to suit all.
For more traditional culture, Leeds is blessed with three great theatres, the world-famous (and Grade 2 Listed) City Varieties Music Hall, the Grand Theatre and Opera House, and the West Yorkshire Playhouse. All are a short walk or taxi ride from the hotel and offer a wide range of plays, stand-up comedy, and live music shows. For a trip back in time, you could take a short taxi ride to the suburb of Headingly (about 10 minutes) to visit the Hyde Park Picture House, an independent cinema established in 1914, specialising in ‘non-mainstream films’. Since it retains most of its original features including the fabulous original frontage, it is well worth a visit.

A few minutes walk from the hotel is the Briggate area, famous for its historic shopping arcades, many of them of architectural significance. Those to explore include Grand Arcade, built in 1897 and home to a number of small boutique shops, and Thorntons Arcade, completed in 1878 and notable for its clock with four life-size figures. Queens Arcade was opened in 1889 and is home to high-end designer and novelty shops, while County Arcade in the Victoria Quarter was completed in 1903 and features marble floors, intricate stonework, and elegant iron domes. The finest example is undoubtedly Queen Victoria Street; although only arcaded in 1990, it’s the largest expanse of stained glass in Europe.
